Add your age and sex
Some assessments compare your result with people of the same age and sex, so they can only give a rating once they know both. Sneaky will not guess. What you enter here stays on this device.
Move the slider towards the end that applies to you. The middle means “not stated”, and an assessment that compares by sex will then not give a rating.

Sit-ups
Good to know
30 or 60 seconds?
60 seconds if you can. A 30-second count is doubled to compare it with one-minute ratings, which can rate you higher than a full minute would.
Full or half sit-ups?
Full sit-ups are the standard. Half sit-ups use a shorter range and are easier to start with. Use the same type and test length each time so your report can compare your results directly.
What counts as one sit-up?
A controlled sit-up of the type you chose, with your knees bent and your feet flat. Stop counting when your form breaks.
When should I stop?
Don't pull on your neck, and stop if you feel pain in your back.
Is this medical advice?
No. A check measures one thing at one moment and gives general information, not a diagnosis. If a result worries you, or you have symptoms, an injury or a health condition, talk to a doctor or another qualified professional.
